Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance of the Terms
By downloading, installing, and using iResumeMeet, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the application.
2. Description of the Service
iResumeMeet is a technology tool designed to record, transcribe, and generate automatic summaries of meetings using Artificial Intelligence technology. In addition to recording audio directly within the app, you may also import existing audio files from your device for the same purpose.
3. Purchase and Use of AI Minutes
The analysis and transcription service requires an available balance of minutes.
- Minutes are purchased exclusively through in-app purchases.
- Minutes are consumable and are deducted from your balance in proportion to the duration of the audio you process with the AI, whether recorded within the app or imported from your device.
- Free Trial: new accounts start with a one-time free allowance of 25 minutes. This free allowance is granted once per device and/or account. Deleting your account and creating a new one does not entitle you to an additional free allowance; we may use non-identifying technical signals, as described in our Privacy Policy, to recognize a device or account that has already received it.
- Translations: for each meeting, the first two translations into a different language are included at no additional cost. From the third translation onward, an additional charge equivalent to 20% of the original recording's duration will be deducted from your balance. Viewing a language you have already translated does not consume additional minutes.
- Background Processing: once you start an analysis, it may continue running after you leave the app, lock your screen, or switch to another app. Minutes are deducted based on the duration of the processed audio, regardless of whether the app remained open in the foreground for the entire process.
- Purchases of minutes are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable local law.
- Account Activity: to ensure the optimization and security of our services, purchased minutes remain valid as long as your iResumeMeet account is active. Activity is defined as using the AI to process or translate a meeting — simply opening the app does not count. In the event of prolonged inactivity exceeding 12 months under this definition, your balance will be reset to the initial free allowance (25 minutes), and any additional purchased minutes will be forfeited.
4. Responsibility for Recordings and Imported Content
The iResumeMeet user is solely and exclusively responsible for obtaining the explicit and legal consent of all participants before recording any conversation, and for holding the necessary rights to any audio file they import into the app. VY Digital Lab assumes no liability, civil or criminal, for the misuse of recordings or imported content, or for the user's violation of privacy laws.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, trademarks, and designs related to iResumeMeet belong to VY Digital Lab.
6. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms to adapt to new regulations or app features.
