Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using ZyntrAbsen, developed by VyDigitalab. By accessing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ZyntrAbsen, you confirm that you are an authorized employee or administrator of a company that has subscribed to use the service, and that you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Description of Service

ZyntrAbsen is an employee attendance management application that allows employees to record clock-in and clock-out events, track overtime hours, and submit overtime reports. Company administrators can review, approve, and manage attendance records.

Account and Access

  • Access to ZyntrAbsen is granted by your company administrator. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
  • You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access.
  • Your account may be suspended or terminated by your company administrator at any time.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use ZyntrAbsen only for its intended purpose. You must not:

  • Record false attendance or submit fraudulent overtime claims.
  • Attempt to manipulate, reverse-engineer, or tamper with the application.
  • Use the application in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to access data belonging to other employees or companies.

Accuracy of Attendance Records

You are responsible for ensuring that your attendance records are accurate. Submitting false or inaccurate records may result in disciplinary action by your employer and may constitute fraud.

Location Services

ZyntrAbsen requests access to your device's location at the time of clock-in and clock-out for attendance verification purposes. By using the app, you consent to this use of location data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Biometric Authentication

ZyntrAbsen optionally uses Face ID or Touch ID for quick login. Biometric data is processed exclusively by your device's operating system and is never transmitted to our servers. You may disable this feature at any time.

Intellectual Property

ZyntrAbsen and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by VyDigitalab and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the application.

Disclaimer of Warranties

ZyntrAbsen is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. VyDigitalab does not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VyDigitalab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the application.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the app.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

Aceptación de términos

Al descargar o usar ZyntrAbsen, confirmas que eres un empleado o administrador autorizado de una empresa suscrita al servicio.

Descripción del servicio

ZyntrAbsen es una aplicación de gestión de asistencia que permite registrar entradas y salidas, gestionar horas extras y generar reportes. Los administradores pueden revisar y gestionar registros.

Cuenta y acceso

  • El acceso es otorgado por el administrador de tu empresa. Eres responsable de la confidencialidad de tus credenciales.
  • No debes compartir tu cuenta con otras personas.
  • Tu cuenta puede ser suspendida por el administrador en cualquier momento.

Uso aceptable

No debes:

  • Registrar asistencia falsa o enviar reclamaciones fraudulentas de horas extras.
  • Intentar manipular o alterar la aplicación.
  • Usar la app de forma que viole leyes aplicables.
  • Acceder a datos de otros empleados o empresas.

Exactitud de los registros

Eres responsable de la exactitud de tus registros. Presentar datos falsos puede constituir fraude y resultar en acciones disciplinarias.

Servicios de ubicación

ZyntrAbsen solicita tu ubicación únicamente al marcar entrada o salida. Al usar la app, consientes este uso según nuestra Política de Privacidad.

Autenticación biométrica

Face ID / Touch ID es opcional y procesado exclusivamente por el sistema operativo de tu dispositivo. Nunca se transmiten datos biométricos a nuestros servidores.

Propiedad intelectual

ZyntrAbsen y todo su contenido son propiedad de VyDigitalab. No puedes copiar, modificar ni distribuir la aplicación.

Exclusión de garantías

ZyntrAbsen se proporciona "tal cual" sin garantías. VyDigitalab no garantiza que la app sea ininterrumpida o libre de errores.

Limitación de responsabilidad

En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, VyDigitalab no será responsable de daños indirectos o consecuentes derivados del uso de la aplicación.

Cambios en los términos

Podemos modificar estos Términos en cualquier momento. El uso continuado implica la aceptación de los nuevos términos.

Ley aplicable

Estos Términos se regirán por las leyes aplicables. Las disputas se resolverán mediante negociación de buena fe.

Penerimaan Syarat

Dengan mengunduh atau menggunakan ZyntrAbsen, kamu mengonfirmasi bahwa kamu adalah karyawan atau administrator yang diotorisasi oleh perusahaan yang berlangganan layanan ini.

Deskripsi Layanan

ZyntrAbsen adalah aplikasi manajemen kehadiran karyawan untuk mencatat absen masuk/keluar, mengelola jam lembur, dan membuat laporan. Administrator dapat meninjau dan menyetujui catatan kehadiran.

Akun dan Akses

  • Akses diberikan oleh administrator perusahaanmu. Kamu bertanggung jawab menjaga kerahasiaan kredensialmu.
  • Jangan bagikan akunmu dengan orang lain.
  • Akunmu dapat ditangguhkan atau dihapus oleh administrator kapan saja.

Penggunaan yang Diizinkan

Kamu tidak boleh:

  • Mencatat kehadiran palsu atau mengajukan klaim lembur yang curang.
  • Mencoba memanipulasi atau mengubah aplikasi.
  • Menggunakan aplikasi dengan cara yang melanggar hukum yang berlaku.
  • Mengakses data milik karyawan atau perusahaan lain.

Keakuratan Catatan Kehadiran

Kamu bertanggung jawab atas keakuratan catatan kehadiranmu. Mengajukan data palsu dapat dianggap sebagai penipuan.

Layanan Lokasi

ZyntrAbsen meminta akses lokasi hanya saat absen masuk atau keluar untuk verifikasi kehadiran.

Autentikasi Biometrik

Face ID / Touch ID bersifat opsional dan diproses eksklusif oleh sistem operasi perangkatmu. Data biometrik tidak pernah dikirim ke server kami.

Kekayaan Intelektual

ZyntrAbsen dan semua kontennya adalah milik VyDigitalab. Kamu tidak boleh menyalin, memodifikasi, atau mendistribusikan aplikasi.

Penafian Garansi

ZyntrAbsen disediakan "sebagaimana adanya" tanpa garansi apapun.

Pembatasan Tanggung Jawab

Sejauh diizinkan hukum, VyDigitalab tidak bertanggung jawab atas kerusakan tidak langsung akibat penggunaan aplikasi.

Perubahan Syarat

Kami dapat mengubah Syarat ini kapan saja. Penggunaan berkelanjutan berarti penerimaan syarat baru.

Hukum yang Berlaku

Syarat ini diatur oleh hukum yang berlaku. Perselisihan diselesaikan melalui negosiasi dengan itikad baik.
